Race entry fees are as follows:

  • Jumbo->Holdsworth - $80
  • Holdsworth->Jumbo - $80
  • Hooper Loop - $60

+ Credit Card Admin Fee

All race entries include a custom race Buff* and a healthy post race lunch

Entry Terms and Conditions
  • Entries are limited to 130 competitors each direction on the main course, and a total of 300 competitors on the day. Whatever way it fills up first.
  • There is a waitlist for each race if you miss out on an entry, including the ability to change direction if one sells out.
  • Entries will close on Monday the 13th of January of January 2025 at 5pm. However, they have sold about a month out for the last 3 years!
  • You can downgrade your course to the Hooper Loop for no charge, or swap directions on the main course for no charge until the 13th of January 2025. Access your registration via the confirmation email to do so.
  • You can transfer your entry to another person for an admin fee of $20 until the 13th of January 2025. After that if you wish to no longer run, you will need to withdraw. Access your registration via the confirmation email to do so.
  • There are no course changes or transfers after the 13th of January 2025.
  • All competitors in the 24km race need to be over the age of 18yrs as at 25/01/2025. You may be able to race if you are younger, but at the organisers discretion. Please contact race@jumbo-holdsworth.co.nz
  • All competitors in the Hooper Loop need to be over the age of 14yrs as at 25/01/2025. You may be able to race if you are younger, but at the organisers discretion. Please contact race@jumbo-holdsworth.co.nz
  • A $5 admin and CC fee is added to each online entry.

Refunds

  • A withdrawal of your entry before the 1st of January allows a 50% refund only.
  • Withdrawing from the 1st of January 2025 onwards has no refund of entry fees.

* Your Buff will be included in your race pack, you must be running that day to pick it up. They will not be sent out or available for people who withdraw.
